A new designer collab just dropped. Telfar, the brand best known for celeb-approved tote bags, is teaming up with Melissa, the shoe and accessory line creating retro accessories.
On July 17, Telfar and Melissa will drop four products in seven bold colorways, each in a trendy jelly material. This includes the signature Telfar Shopper in small, medium, and large sizes, ranging from $150 to $250. They’ll also offer new Jelly Slides which will retail for $100. All of these products will be available in clear, pink, green, orange, brown, black and purple jelly.

In addition to being very trendy thanks to the ongoing Y2K fashion resurgence, the jelly material is also intended to fit all your summer needs. In a press release, the brand shared that the products are all water-resistant, so you don’t have to be as worried about splashes from the pool or beach waves. Since it’s clear, it’s also supposed to be festival and concert-friendly. (But of course, it’s always best to double check the venue and event rules to be sure!) The press release also shares that the collection also upholds “Melissa’s DNA of plasticity, transparency, and the use of eco-friendly materials.”
This isn’t the first time Melissa and Telfar have teamed up. Last year, they dropped their first collection together. Telfar has also worked with Converse, Moose Knuckles, and Ugg. With this latest project, the New York brand continues to reimagine the style of their signature pieces through the lens of their collaborators.
